Our transparent application process

1. Submit your application: Please follow the outlined steps to finalize the online application and answer the longer-form questions. We recommend that candidates take the time to explore our blog to familiarize themselves with our company, values, and products.
2. Interviews and task assignment: After your application has successfully passed an internal review, you will receive an email from cr@clothxtra.com to arrange your initial interview with a member of the Clothxtra team via phone call. You might be asked to complete a task assignment that showcases your technical skills and communication abilities. Following the evaluation of your task assignment, you may be invited to participate in two additional interviews with two other Doist team members.
3. Decision: You will always receive feedback from us through our cr@clothxtra.com email address – we personally review and respond to each candidate’s application. If the hiring committee decides to extend an offer, you will receive an official invitation to join our team.
